1. Please go to QTS-->Control Panel-->System Settings-->System Logs to check the event log. You can refer to below table of error code to identify the issues.

FW_NOTFOUND=1

Cannot find firmware in update folder

UPDATE_LOCKED=2

System is rebooting or another update is processing

FW_NOFREESPACE=3

No enough space on the system volume to decrypt firmware image

FW_FORMAT_ERROR=4

System update failed. Firmware file format error

FW_DEGRADE_CHECK_ERROR=5

System update failed. Firmware degrade check error

FW_EXTRACT_ERROR=6

System update failed. Extract firmware failed

FW_DEGRADE_STORAGE2_ERROR=7

System update failed. Firmware degrade check IS_STORAGE_V2 error

SYS_HALTING=8  

The system is being shut down

SSLLIB_NOTFOUND=9

SSL library is not found
