Not sure if everyone agrees, but I'd suggest instead of storing a new boot order and restarting, instead leaving the boot order alone and instead use the "Boot override" choices on the "Save & Exit" page visible in second to last screenshot.

That way, no lasting changes to the configuration will be stored.
