</parsererror> Dear Tim Wu,

I've followed your instruction you send me via vayanga@gmail.com, the main issue is that my system does not stay up long enough to do any troubleshooting, I've removed all the disks, and reboot it, it goes as far as getting IP address details, then go back to looping reboot.

the link you sent me for manual update is a dead link. can you please provide a link where I can download the firmware plus instruction on how to do manual firmware update with NO disk inserted, I don't want to loose my data.

2. Please check if reupdate the NAS latest firmware again(use Manually Updating Firmware: https://wiki.qnap.com/wiki/Manually_Updating_Firmware), the NAS whether has rebooted problem?
