 Q : How to use QNAP 9-in-1 Turbo Station NAS Server to build your personal blog?

A : 

Step 1. Download Serendipity (PHP-powered, flexible Blogging / CMS application) from http://www.s9y.org/, the latest version is 1.0, you can get it from http://www.s9y.org/downloads/serendipity-1.0.tar.gz

Step 2. Extract files to Qweb share volume of NAS.

Step 3. Open IE browser and type http://NAS IP address/serendipity/ to do Serendipity installation (you can see it supports apache & SQLite), and then clickc"simple installation".

Step 4. Input the setting and click "Complete Installation".                                    Image:Blog_4.jpg

Step 5. Finish, click "View your new blog here" to start your personal blog.
